Can people see through it?
No. The suits are unlined, but the black knit is dense enough to stay non-transparent when worn. The pores let light in without letting eyes in.
Will I come out completely line-free?
Expect lines that are much softer and fade faster, not zero difference. How even you get depends on your skin, the sun, and how long you stay out.
Do I still need sunscreen under the suit?
Yes. UV passes through the fabric along with the light, so put SPF on the skin under your suit too, before you get dressed.
